What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

The provided shipping timeline is an estimated duration indicating the number of days it takes for an order to be delivered from the specified ship date at checkout. This timeframe does not encompass weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen delays attributed to the courier (such as weather conditions, high volume, or traffic). Delivery may experience delays if a change in the delivery option is made by the customer. In cases where the order includes in-stock, shipping later, and/or made-to-order items, the dispatch date may be subject to change. Please verify the dates outlined during the checkout process and on your confirmation email.

If the anticipated dispatch dates for your order exceed a 7-day difference, it is possible that your order may be split.(Canada and US ONLY).

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

How can I track my order?

Create an account!

Login your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Status of Order

  • Processing - Your order has been handed over to our team to complete. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 5-7 business days!

  • Shipped -  Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. The tracking may take some time to be scanned into the system to reflect any activity or movement.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to support you.

For custom design and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

If your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Support team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours. Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year. We ship to Canada and the US ONLY

Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
