Do you have a warranty?

Within the coverage of our warranty, we are committed to supporting you. This entails providing assistance for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase, during which we will attend to any issues related to the material or workmanship of the jewelry.

We collaborate with leading manufacturers to produce meticulously crafted, responsibly sourced items designed for enduring quality. Our confidence in the product's excellence is reflected in the 1-year coverage we provide. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bending ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Seeyoo Jewelry.

Important

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Seeyoo Jewelry stores or pop-ups) are not covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

 

2. It is not advisable to engage external jewelers for any alterations to our products, as this action nullifies the possibility of receiving a refund or replacement in case a defect arises due to their intervention. This restriction encompasses resizing and all forms of repair work.

 

3. Please note that for our continuous enhancement of our products, we may request the return of any defective piece for thorough inspection and quality auditing.

 

4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.

What is the return policy?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 7-day returns for all customers in the Canada ONLY. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of CAD$30 is charged. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without any wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and custom design products

For purchases made on our website, you can return your purchases online or in-store.

In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase

These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email and receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email seeyoojewelry@gmail.com.

How can I track my order?

Create an account!

Login your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Status of Order

  • Processing - Your order has been handed over to our team to complete. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 5-7 business days!

  • Shipped -  Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. The tracking may take some time to be scanned into the system to reflect any activity or movement.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to support you.

For custom design and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 7-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email and order receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Online Purchase

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.
